Yesterday I popped into town with a friend to buy some bits and bobs for a photoshoot and whilst in New Look I stumbled across a skirt in the sale for just £10 that very much resembles the skirt I want from Topshop for quadruple the price!

Unfortunately they didn't have my size left so I ended up with one two sizes too big for me...and no, much to my disappointment, that is not a real draw string to pull it in at the waist. What a stupid design! I've sewn a piece of elastic on the inside of the waistband, very shoddily may I add, but alas it does the trick!

This is what I wore out last night when I went for a boogie; I don't think I've ever worn a skirt this long in my life, but I like it! Hope everyone had a lovely weekend...I'm going to revise for my law exam now, *yawn*. OH! I think I forgot to tell you all, I got the part time sales position in Dorothy Perkins, so I start there next week which will be new and exciting!
